Our Process for Amazon Sellers

After you sign up with us we will provide you a shared excel inventory tracker sheet.

Step 1

Send Us Your Inventory

Place your order and ship to our address. Input shipment details into your shared excel inventory tracker (eg. product description, ASIN, supplier, and date of purchase).

Step 2

Receiving

We receive, count, and inspect your inventory. You'll also be able to check the status of each of your items at any time via our shared spreadsheet.

Step 3

Prep & Labeling

Our Team will begin prepping your units to FBA standards or if you have a special prep request (you can input this information on the shared excel sheet) and apply FNSKU label.

Step 4

Processing and Shipping!

If you've granted us sub-account access to Seller central and Inventory Lab we can process your order, create the shipment and print the shipping labels. Then we will send your shipment out via UPS or if you have palletized shipments via amazon partnered trucking company. One we have completed your shipment we will bill you via stripe invoice payment system. You will be required to pay for services before a carrier picks up your shipment.

Payments accepted are by card or ach transfer.

Pallet shipments (LTL) are welcomed.

  • We are located in Wytheville Virginia. Once you sign up with us we will then give you the address to our warehouse.

  • For Amazon sellers, we do require a $25 sign up fee. We also require all FBA clients to subscribe to Inventory Lab. Other requirements include
